Eco-Med Pharmacy Private Limited is located right in Vakola Village in Santacruz. You can find us at Shop Number 5 in the Ulacon CHS building, which is at 118. We are very close to St. Paul Convent School, so during the mornings and afternoons, the street gets really busy with kids and parents everywhere. It’s a lively part of Mumbai, and there’s always something happening outside our door. The shop isn’t massive, but it’s just the right size for what we do. We have our shelves and our counter, and it feels like a real part of the neighborhood. Being in a CHS means we are right in the middle of a residential area, so we see the same faces every day. It’s noisy and crowded, but that’s just how Vakola is. We spend most of our time organizing stock or helping people who come by with questions. It’s not a polished corporate office with marble floors. It’s a practical shop floor where we work hard and deal with the heat and the rain just like everyone else. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time finding a place to park on the narrow street, which can be a bit stressful. But we’ve lived and worked in Mumbai long enough to know how to handle these small problems. It’s just our daily life here, trying to keep things running smoothly in a very busy city.
