Eca Projects Foundation

We are based over in Powai, right near the English School. If you’ve ever tried to navigate the streets around here, you know it gets a bit crowded during the school run. Our spot is in the Giri Darshan building, room B-407. It’s a typical Mumbai apartment style office, not too big but it fits what we need. We’ve been here at Eca Projects Foundation for some time now. Some days the lift works great, other days you’re taking the stairs, which is fine for the legs I guess. Living and working in Mumbai City means you get used to the noise and the constant movement outside. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us looking at papers or talking on the phone. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. It's just a space with some desks and chairs where we try to keep our projects moving forward. Most of us take the local train or a rickshaw to get here. It’s a practical setup. We know the neighbors and the shopkeepers downstairs. It feels more like a community spot than a big business office. We just do our bit from this little corner of 400076. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but usually, we’re just following the routine. It’s plain and simple work, nothing more to it than that. We just show up and do what’s on the list for the day and go home.
