We are located up on the first floor of Moongipa Arcade, right across from the Versova police station. If you know Ganesh Chowk, you've probably walked past us a dozen times without noticing. It's a bit of a maze in this building sometimes, but we are in office F-169 and 170. We mainly handle medical supplies. Boxes of things come in and go out all day long. Dr Neeraj Jain set this up to keep things moving for the local clinics and people needing gear. It isn't a retail shop with shiny displays or anything like that. Just a lot of shelves and people checking orders. Sometimes the hallway gets a little crowded when we have a big shipment arriving. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for some time. Dealing with deliveries in this traffic can be a headache, but we manage. Most of the time it’s just the sound of tape dispensers and people talking on the phones. We try to keep things organized but it’s a busy workspace. If you need to find us, just look for the police station first and then head across the street. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the office numbers on the door. It's just a regular place where we get medical stuff to where it needs to go. Simple as that.
