Road is always packed with people and traffic, which makes the office feel like it’s in the middle of everything. We are a small team of developers who just want to do decent work in the suburbs. We didn't set out to change the world, just to build some houses and commercial spaces that people actually want to use. We spend a lot of our time sitting around the table in the office, arguing over drawings or talking to contractors. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work. We try to keep things simple and not use big words that don't mean anything. When we started this, we wanted a place where local folks could just come in and talk to us directly without going through five different secretaries. It’s a bit cramped in the office sometimes when we have a lot of site supervisors in, but it works for us. We know the Borivali area really well, from the local market prices to which roads get flooded when it pours. That helps us plan things a bit better than someone coming from outside. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as best as we can.
