We’re based in Borivali, right at Flat Number 3 in Ramji Residency. If you’re familiar with Chandavarkar Road, we are quite close to Raichura Circle. It’s a pretty central spot for us to handle our property and construction business. DIYA PROPERTY VENTURES isn't some giant corporation. It’s just us working out of a residential building, which keeps things feeling personal. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their property needs. Borivali is a crowded place, so there’s always something to do, whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger project. We don't have a lot of corporate polish. Our office looks like a place where people actually work, with papers and files everywhere. We don't use big words to try and impress anyone. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Being near Raichura Circle means it’s easy for clients to drop in, though we are usually out on site. We’ve seen Borivali change a lot over the years, and we’ve been part of some of those changes. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we figure it out. We aren't into promotional slogans. We just want to get the job done so we can move on to the next one. That’s how we’ve always operated. Our team is small but we know the local market quite well.
