We are located on the fourth floor of Kailash Plaza, in units 430 and 431. This is right on V B Lane in Ghatkopar East. If you know Ghatkopar, you know how busy the lanes can get, especially near the markets and the station area. Kailash Plaza is a central spot for a lot of businesses, and we’ve been running Divyam Mehta Realties from here for some time now. It’s a practical location because people are always passing through. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency in the city; we just focus on what’s happening right here in our own backyard. Our office is where we handle all the back-and-forth that comes with buying or leasing property. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with all the activity in the plaza, but that’s just part of working in Mumbai. We don't use any high-pressure tactics or anything like that. We just sit down with whoever comes in and see what the options are. Most of the people we deal with are local residents or business owners looking for a change of space. It’s a lot of manual work, checking documents and making sure everything is in order. We like the energy of Ghatkopar East. There’s always something going on around here. We keep our doors open and try to be as helpful as we can without making things confusing for people. It’s just honest work in a very busy part of town.
