If you know Bandra East, you know how busy it gets around BKC. We are located in The Capital building, specifically in the A Wing on the 6th floor. Being in plots 603 and 606 means we have a decent view of the area, which is always moving. Divisha Alternative Investments Llp isn't one of those places where everyone wears a stiff suit every single day. We are just regular people working in a very busy part of Mumbai. Alternative investments can sound complicated when you read about them online, but here, we just see it as another way for people to handle their finances outside of the usual stuff. The G Block is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but once you find Plot C70, it’s easy enough. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at market shifts. It’s a fast-paced environment out there, but inside our office, we try to keep things grounded and practical. We’ve been in this space for a bit, and while the building is quite large and modern, our team is pretty small and approachable. We don't do flashy presentations or try to talk anyone into things. We just provide the information and manage the accounts as they come. It’s honest work in a very loud city with plenty of coffee and spreadsheets to keep us busy.
