Divine Maison Realty Private Limited is based in Andheri East. We are up on the tenth floor of the 215 Atrium building. It’s on M.V. Road, right near Acme Plaza. This is a very busy part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic down below. Being on the tenth floor helps a bit with the sound, though. We work on various real estate projects around the city. Mostly, we deal with commercial spaces and some of the bigger residential complexes. Our office is a busy place. We have a lot of people coming in and out, lawyers, brokers, and clients. It’s a lot of meetings and phone calls every single day. We try to keep things organized, but with so many different properties to track, it gets a bit hectic sometimes. Andheri is a hub for business, so we are right in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and checking on construction progress. It’s not a glamorous job, despite being in a big building. There is a lot of waiting for approvals and dealing with paperwork that never seems to end. We just try to stay focused on getting things done for the people we work with. If you are coming to visit, the elevators can be slow during lunch hour, so keep that in mind. It’s just a normal day for us here, nothing too special.
