Diakoku Impex Llp is run out of Flat No 1303 in Rajyog Residency. We are in Mulund West, right opposite Vardhman Nagar on R.P. Road. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than a main commercial hub, which we actually prefer. We started this business a few years back because we wanted to do things our own way. We handle various import and export requirements. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls. Sometimes the time zones are a bit of a pain. Our office is just a regular room with some desks and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We don’t have any big corporate goals. We just want to make a living and do a good job for the people who trust us with their goods. Mulund is a nice place to be based. We know the local shops and where to get the best snacks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just focus on getting the shipping documents right so there are no delays at the border. Sometimes things get complicated with taxes or rules, but we just sit down and work through it. It’s about being persistent. We’ve had some long nights in this office, but that’s part of the job. It’s a honest way to work, and we appreciate our clients who stick with us. It’s not always easy, but we take pride in getting the details sorted out. We just keep moving forward.
