Dharnidhar Construwell India Llp is based over in Chira Bazar, right on J.S.S. Road. Our office is up on the first floor of Plumber House, specifically Office No. 14. Being in Mumbai City, especially in an area like 400002, means things are always crowded and moving fast. We’ve grown used to the noise of the street and the constant flow of people. Our space is functional and simple. We do a lot of our work right here, surrounded by stacks of paper and project maps. It’s an old building, but it has a lot of character and it’s right where we need to be. We handle various construction tasks across the city, and having a base in Chira Bazar makes it easier to stay connected. We aren't trying to be the most polished company out there. We just want to do a decent job on every project we take on. Some days the elevators are slow or the rain makes everything a bit of a mess, but we just keep at it. It’s a hands-on business, and we prefer it that way. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while, so we function more like a small family than a bunch of employees. We just take each day as it comes and try to stay organized in the middle of the Mumbai chaos. It's a busy life, but it's what we know best and we wouldn't have it any other way.
