You can find us at Gopal Niwas, which is right on Tejpal Scheme Road Number 5 in Vile Parle East. We’re on the ground floor, in unit G 1, so nobody has to climb any stairs to talk to us. Vile Parle is one of those places that still feels like a proper community, and being in the East side means we see a lot of the local commuters and families every day. It’s a fairly straightforward operation we have here at Dgr Realty Llp. We handle property matters for folks in the area, mostly focusing on what's available in the surrounding blocks. The office is small but it serves us well for what we do. We don’t really do the whole big corporate thing with fancy slogans. We just show up, open the shutters, and see who needs help with their real estate questions. Being on Road Number 5 makes it easy for people to spot us when they’re out doing their daily errands. Most of our work involves a lot of talking and even more paperwork, which is just the nature of the business in Mumbai. We’ve lived or worked around here for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the different buildings pretty well. It’s a decent place to be, and we try to keep things simple for everyone who comes in. There’s always someone around to answer the phone or look at a floor plan. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay busy.
