Dgicon Developers Private Limited is located over in Goregaon East. Our office is on Road Number 2, right near Pahadi School. If you know the Village Pahadi area, you know it gets pretty crowded during the day. We are at Cts-444, taking up a few of those units from 1 to 8. It’s a practical workspace, nothing too flashy. We’ve been part of the Mumbai building scene for some time. Living and working in 400063 means you get used to the pace of things. We focus on our development work and don't spend much time on fancy talk. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and files piled up. That is just how it goes when you are trying to get things built in this city. We deal with the local regulations and the specific needs of the Pahadi neighborhood. Some days are just about managing contractors and others are spent staring at the paperwork for the Mumbai City authorities. It is hard work, but we like being right here in the middle of it. The school nearby means it’s always lively in the mornings. We aren't a massive corporate entity with hundreds of people you'll never meet. It is just us here, working on projects that make sense for this part of Maharashtra. We find that being close to the site makes things easier to handle when problems pop up, which they always do in construction.
