If you head over to Andheri East, you will find us in Sahar Plaza. We are in building number 3, room C-606. Dexter Estate Consultants LLP is our name, and we have been in this Village Mulgaon area for a while. It is right behind the Kohinoor Hotel in Kondivita, which is usually how we explain the location to people. Mumbai is a big place, and this 400059 area gets pretty packed during the week. Our office is not anything out of the ordinary. It is just a standard space where we keep our documents and meet with clients. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or expensive lobby art. We would rather just get the work done. The team here is small. We know the streets around Andheri pretty well because we spend a lot of time out and about. Back at the office, it is mostly about emails and phone calls. Sometimes the elevators in the plaza take forever, so we have to plan ahead. It is just life in a busy Mumbai commercial hub. We do our best to stay organized despite the chaos of the city outside. There are no grand promises here, just people working in real estate. We have seen a lot of businesses come and go in this building, but we just keep doing our thing. It is a decent place to work, even if the traffic on the way in is always a headache.
