Devshiva Buildcon Llp is located over at Shop No. 05 in the Prathmesh Hsg building on L.B.S. Road in Bhandup West. It’s a small shop, but it works for what we need. L.B.S. Road is always crowded, so there’s plenty of noise and activity outside our door all day. We do construction work, mostly around this part of the city. We don't have a big team of corporate people. It's just a few of us making sure the projects stay on track. Sometimes things get delayed because that's just how building works in a place like Bhandup. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at the shop to talk about materials and timelines. It's practical work. We don't use big words or try to act like we're more than we are. Being in a housing society shop means we're close to where people actually live. We've been at this for a bit now. The space is a bit cramped with all the files and samples, but we know where everything is. Building things takes a lot of patience and dealing with different workers every day. We just try to get through the list of things to do. It’s not always smooth sailing, but we stay busy. If you’re walking down L.B.S. Road, you might see our sign. We're just a local business trying to do our job right here in the neighborhood. We don't need much more than that.
