We operate out of Room Number 03 in Building 10, right within the SRA project site at Powai. It’s a very specific spot on the map, near the CTS 90 and 91 markers. Working right on-site means we see exactly what’s happening with the construction and the people living nearby every single day. It isn't a fancy office with big windows; it’s more of a practical space where we get the real work done. Mumbai City is a tough place to build things, and Powai has its own set of challenges with the terrain and the crowds. We handle the paperwork and the site management from this little room. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the tools going and the trucks moving around, but that's just part of the job. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations. Instead, we’re usually looking at plans or talking to the guys on the ground. Most people find us because they have something specific to sort out regarding the project. It’s a down-to-earth kind of environment here. We keep our files organized as best as we can and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. It's a lot of manual work and checking things twice. That's just the way it goes when you're based right where the action is. We just focus on the tasks for the day and try to keep things moving.
