Dessha Constructions & Reality Managemen T Llp is based out of G 6 in the Aghadi Industrial Estate. We are on Marol Maroshi Road in Andheri East, Mumbai. Being in an industrial estate means it’s a bit noisy and dusty around here, but that’s fine for a construction and management firm. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easier for moving things in and out. Marol is a very active area. We spend a lot of time coordinating between sites and this office. We aren't trying to be fancy with our office space. It’s just a practical place to work. We handle reality management too, which keeps the paperwork piled up on the desks. Sometimes the name on the door is a bit long, but people just call us Dessha. We have been in Mumbai for a while now. The Maroshi Road area has changed a lot over the years. We see new buildings going up all the time. It’s a tough business, but we keep at it. Most of our staff are locals who know the shortcuts around Andheri. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. We just talk to people face to face. If you come by Aghadi Industrial Estate, you will find us at G 6. It’s a busy spot but we like it that way. There is always someone coming in to discuss a new project.
