You can find us at Master Mind IV in Royal Palms. We are in unit 127. If you know Goregaon, you know how green Aarey Colony Road can be. It’s a nice change from the rest of Mumbai. Our office is a bit of a squeeze because we have so many samples lying around. We do vogue and fashion stuff, but it looks a lot less glamorous behind the scenes. There are pins on the floor and sketches taped to the walls. We spend hours arguing over colors and how a dress should hang. The building itself is okay, but finding a parking spot is a nightmare most mornings. We usually just grab a vada pav for lunch and keep working. The light in the unit is pretty good for looking at fabrics. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us trying to make sense of the latest trends. Sometimes the courier guy gets lost looking for the unit number. It’s a bit tucked away. We’ve been working from here for a bit now. It feels like a second home. The chairs aren't the most comfortable but they do the job. We aren't trying to be some giant brand, just making clothes that look decent. It's mostly just us drinking tea and staring at sewing machines all afternoon. That is pretty much our daily life here in the colony. It is messy but it works for us.
