Dermatech Clinics Private Limited is based in Flat No. 30 at Nath Mahadev Chsl. This is on Akurliroad, which connects to Military Road in Kandivali East. It is a residential society, so it feels a bit more like a home than a cold office. You have to sign in at the gate sometimes with the security guard. Being on Akurliroad means there is always something going on outside. The flat has been converted to handle our daily clinic activities. We have some chairs in the front room for people to wait. It gets quite a bit of sunlight in the mornings through the windows. The staff usually brings their lunch and eats together in the small kitchen area when it’s quiet. We deal with skin stuff mostly. It’s not a huge place with hundreds of workers. Just a few of us trying to keep things running smoothly. Kandivali East is a busy part of Mumbai, so finding a parking spot near the building can be a real headache if you come late in the day. We tell people to try and take an auto if they can. The building is called Nath Mahadev, and most of the neighbors know us by now. It is a plain, functional space where we do our daily work and talk to our visitors. Flat 30 is on the middle floor, and we keep the door open for fresh air during the day.
