DEM INFRAVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is way up on the 18th floor of Tower E in the Orchid Suburbia complex. It is right off M.G. Road and Link Road in Kandivali West. Mumbai is a crowded place, and we are right in the middle of it. DEM INFRAVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED is a small team. We spend most of our time looking out the windows at the traffic or hunched over our desks. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, which is always a bit annoying. We don't have any fancy mission statements or polished marketing brochures. We just do infrastructure work. That usually means a lot of technical drawings and talking to site supervisors. It’s not always the most exciting job, but it’s what we do. The office is mostly quiet, except for when the phones start ringing all at once. We like being in Kandivali because it’s easy for us to get to our different project sites from here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do our part and keep things moving. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years. We keep things simple and practical. There’s no need for big corporate speeches. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a regular life and we are okay with that. There is always something new to deal with in Mumbai, and we just take it as it comes.
