DEM CONSTRUCTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at the Auris Serenity tower in Malad West. It’s a massive building on New Link Road. Specifically, we are in the meter room area on the 35th floor. It sounds a bit odd, but that is where our workspace is. DEM Constructions India is basically run from this high point in the city. Getting to work involves a lot of waiting for the lifts because the tower is so tall and has so many people living and working in it. The wind really whistles through the corridors up here when there is a storm. Our office is fairly small and filled with the usual stuff like computers, printers, and a lot of rolled-up charts. We focus on getting things done rather than how the office looks to outsiders. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on material costs. Malad is a busy area, and being right on D Monte Lane means there is always something happening outside. We started out small and we’ve just stayed focused on the work itself. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to bring you coffee. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us hunched over a laptop or on a call. It’s a simple setup for a construction firm. We just show up every day and try to make sure everything is built the way it should be. It is just the way we like to operate.
