You can find us over in Andheri West, right on Veera Desai Road. We are actually located where the Cafe Deluxe Hotel is. It’s a busy area, always a lot of noise and people moving around. Deluxe Building Solutions is our name, but we don't act like a big fancy firm. We’re just a group of people working on building projects from this corner of Mumbai. Having the hotel right there makes it easy for people to find us, though sometimes they come in looking for a room instead of building help. We spend our mornings drinking tea and going over project plans. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when we have a lot on our plates. Veera Desai Road has changed a lot over the years, with new shops and offices popping up everywhere. We’ve stuck around through it all. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our projects. It’s a lot of hard work, dealing with suppliers and making sure things stay on track. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to fix them, that’s just how this business works. We keep things simple and honest. Our office isn't anything special, just some desks and a lot of paper. We like it that way. It feels real. It’s just us doing what we know best in our local neighborhood.
