DEJA VU DEVELOPERS LLP is based in Borivali East, Mumbai. You can find us at C 30, which is inside the Kit Kat CHS Ltd. We are situated on Kasturba Cross Road No 1. It’s a typical residential-commercial mix area that you see a lot of in Borivali. Our office is right there in the society building. It’s not some big glass skyscraper. It’s a regular room where we handle our development projects. Being in a CHS like Kit Kat means we are right in the middle of the community we work in. Borivali East is always buzzing, especially around the Kasturba roads. We spend a lot of time here dealing with the paperwork and planning that goes into local development. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different people, but that’s how the business goes. We don’t really use marketing fluff to describe ourselves. We are just developers trying to get things built. The office at C 30 is where everything starts. It’s usually a bit messy with documents and plans, but we know where everything is. We’ve been at this location for a while and most of the neighbors know us. It’s a practical place to work from. We just show up, do our hours, and try to keep our projects moving along. It’s a busy life here in Mumbai, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep doing what we do best every day.
