We’re based in Tilak Nagar, Chembur, specifically in Srushti Gardens at Gagan CHS. Our place is Flat B/101 in Building 95. Deetyalaxmi Meals Llp is really about providing straightforward, home-style food to the people around here. Tilak Nagar is a cozy neighborhood where people talk to each other. We aren't a big commercial kitchen with stainless steel everything. It’s a small, family-run setup. We start our mornings early, getting the groceries and starting the prep work. The smell of cooking usually fills the hallway by noon. We don't have a fancy menu that changes every week. We just do what we know how to do. Sometimes the delivery bikes struggle to find the right building because there are so many in this complex, but we usually figure it out. We spend a lot of time making sure the meals are packed properly so they don't leak. It’s the little things that matter when you’re doing this. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Chembur. We just want to make sure the person buying a meal from us feels like it was worth their money. It’s hard work and the kitchen stays hot, especially in the summer. But we like the routine. It keeps us busy and we get to stay in our own neighborhood. We’re just regular people making food for our neighbors.
