DEALWELL CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are up on the 35th floor of the Oberoi Spring building in Andheri West. Being in Wing A 1 gives us a pretty good view of the Link Road, though most of the time we are just looking at the traffic jams down below. Dealwell Constructions is a busy place. Even though we are high up in a nice tower, the office feels very practical. We have blueprints spread across almost every flat surface. It’s a bit of a climb in the elevator every morning, and sometimes you have to wait a while if one of them is being serviced. Andheri is always loud and moving, and our office is no different. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with sites across Mumbai. It’s hard work and the hours can get long, especially when we are closing out a project. We usually have lunch at our desks because there is always something that needs to be checked or signed. The building is one of those big CHS setups, so there are always people around. It’s a professional environment but we keep it casual inside our doors. We don't go in for big meetings with fancy presentations. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we go out and do it. It’s just us doing our bit in the construction world from this high-rise office. It can be stressful with the deadlines, but we keep the wheels turning as best as we can.
