Dealcom Services Private Limited is located right on 36 Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg in Kurla West. If you've ever been to Kurla, you know how hectic LBS Marg can get. It is loud and there is always something happening outside our windows. We have a modest space here where we handle all our service work. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lounge or expensive art on the walls. We have chairs, tables, and plenty of files. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while now. We know the local shops and where to get the best chai when we need a break from the computers. Dealing with services in a place like Mumbai means you have to be quick and patient at the same time. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or responding to emails. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of stuff to sort through, but we manage. We don’t really go for the high-pressure sales stuff you see elsewhere. We just try to provide what people need and stay out of trouble. It’s a practical way to spend the day. Usually, by the time we lock up in the evening, the traffic outside is at its worst, but that’s just life in Kurla. We like it here because everything is within reach and it feels like we are in the middle of everything.
