De Novo Hospitality Private Limited

Our office is in Bharat Ark, located on Veera Desai Road in Andheri West. We’re on the first floor, in room A-102. It’s a busy spot near Azad Nagar. De Novo Hospitality is really just a group of us who enjoy the hospitality business. Andheri West is always moving, and being on Veera Desai Road means there is always traffic and people everywhere. It’s a good place for us because we’re close to a lot of our partners. We don’t have a big, polished corporate culture. We’re more likely to be wearing jeans than suits. We spend a lot of our time on the ground, visiting different locations and making sure things are running right. When we are in the office, it’s usually to catch up on the paperwork that we all hate doing. It can get a bit noisy with the road right outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We didn't start this company to become some massive conglomerate. We just wanted to run a solid hospitality service that people could rely on. There are good days and bad days, like any business. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to scramble to fix them, but that’s just part of the job. We keep it simple and try to be straightforward with everyone we deal with.
