Dashmani Media Private Limited is based in the Laxmi Industrial Estate. We are up on the fourth floor of Building Number 9, in Unit 426. If you know Andheri West, you know this area is a hub for everything media and entertainment. We fit right in, though our office is pretty modest. It’s an industrial estate, so it’s not exactly a luxury spot, but it’s perfect for the kind of work we do. There’s always something happening in the hallways—people moving equipment or rushing to meetings. We handle various media projects. Some days it’s very busy with people coming in and out, and other days it’s just us working quietly at our stations. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish. The walls have some posters, and there’s usually a stack of hard drives somewhere. We’ve been on New Link Road for a while and we’ve seen the whole area transform. We aren't looking to be the biggest name in Mumbai. We just want to do solid work that satisfies our clients. Most of our jobs come from other people in the estate or nearby businesses. It’s a tight-knit community here. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a bunch of media professionals who know our way around a project. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment and we wouldn't have it any other way.
