Darbar Projects Private Limited is our company. Our office is located at shop number 20 in the Kshir Sagar Shopping Centre. It is a local place that has been around for a long time. Being in a shopping center means we are right in the middle of the local community, which we really like. Our office is quite small and it is filled with all sorts of things like old files, desks, and a couple of chairs for when people come to visit. We don't have any corporate goals or mission statements written on the walls. We just come to work every morning and try to finish what we started the day before. The shopping center is usually busy with people going about their errands, and that gives the place a lot of energy. We are a small team and we have known each other for a very long time. There isn't any complicated management here. If someone needs help, we just pitch in. We don't use fancy marketing talk because that just isn't who we are. We are practical people who do project-based work. Sometimes the office is a bit messy, but we know exactly where everything is. We just focus on doing our job and being a part of the neighborhood here at Kshir Sagar. It is a simple, honest way to run a business and it works for us.
