Danubia Wood Trading (India) Private Limited is our name and we are based in Kandivali West. Our office is in the RNA Grande building, specifically E 1001 on the tenth floor. M G Road is a really busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. We focus on wood trading across India. It is not a huge operation with hundreds of people, just a small team of us working from this apartment-turned-office. Most of our days are spent on the phone talking to suppliers or checking on where the wood shipments are. We have been here for a bit now and the location is quite handy once you get through the traffic. It is a very practical setup without any fancy furniture or big decorations. We have some wood samples sitting on the shelves and desks full of paperwork. It’s just how we work. People sometimes come by to talk about wood orders, but usually, it is all done remotely. We don't try to be something we aren't, just a local wood trading firm in the middle of Mumbai. If you are trying to find us, the building is easy to spot from the road. We keep things simple and just try to stay on top of the trading business day by day. It gets quite hot in the afternoons but we have the fans and the work to keep us going.
