You’ll find us at Damian Hospitality Private Limited on the second floor of Damian House. We are located on 14th Hill Road in Bandra West, which is always a very lively and crowded area with people shopping and walking around. There is always music or people shouting outside, but it makes the neighborhood feel alive and interesting. The office is an old-fashioned space with high ceilings and some wooden furniture that has been around for many decades now. We don't have any of those modern glass partitions or cubicles; it’s just one big open room where we all sit and work together. Most of our work is about managing properties and helping out with various hospitality needs. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles and typing away at our keyboards to keep up with everything. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with stacks of documents on every surface, but we generally know where everything is. Lunch is the best part of the day because there are so many good places to eat around Hill Road, from small stalls to nice cafes. We usually take turns going out to get snacks or drinks for everyone in the afternoon. It is a relaxed place to work, and we don't take ourselves too seriously at all. We just want to do a good job for the people we work with every day. The building itself is old, but it has character and history.
