We are based in Santacruz East, specifically at the K L Accolade building on 6th Road. Our office is number 202 on the second floor, which is not too far from the Dena Bank near Village Bandra. D'Almeida Developers Llp is a local outfit, and we have been a part of this community for a long time. The office is usually full of the smell of strong coffee and the constant sound of someone on the phone talking to a hardware supplier. We do not have any corporate manuals or scripted ways of talking to the people we work with. We just tell it like it is when it comes to the developments we are currently handling. Being near the Bandra area means we are always on the move, checking out different sites and meeting with local residents. It is a lot of physical legwork, but that is the only way to make sure things are being done correctly on the ground. Our desks are usually covered in site photographs and thick legal documents because there is always some new building regulation to keep up with. We are just a small group of people who genuinely enjoy the process of seeing a new building go up from nothing. It is very satisfying work, even when the paperwork gets a bit frustrating and slow. We do not spend money on big advertisements; we just stay focused on the projects right in front of us.
