Our office is tucked away in the C-wing of the Amardeep cooperative housing society over in Tilak Nagar. We’re on the seventh floor, specifically in rooms 701 and 702. Chembur West is a pretty grounded part of Mumbai to work in. It’s mostly families and people who have lived here for decades. We started Dajiaai Realty because we knew this area well and wanted to work close to where we live. It’s not a flashy setup with glass walls or any of that modern stuff. It’s just a standard apartment-turned-office where we keep our files and meet with the neighbors. Most of the time, we’re just discussing who wants to sell or rent around Tilak Nagar. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on contracts. The building is number 82, and most people around here know the way to it. We don't spend much money on big ads because word travels fast in a place like this. If you’re coming from the station, it’s only a short trip. We just do our bit to help people figure out their housing situations without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we just take the stairs like everyone else. It’s just us doing our job every day, keeping track of the local market and making sure things get done right for everyone.
