Daiwik-Aakar Infradev Llp is located in Kandivali West. Our office is room 304 in the Charkop Manav CHS Ltd. We are on Plot No 3, Rsc 44, Section 5. A good way to find us is to look for the Jain Temple in Charkop II; we are very close to it. Being in a cooperative housing society building gives the office a more local, quiet feel compared to a big commercial tower. We are on the third floor. The stairs are there if the lift is busy. Charkop is a big residential area with its own local market and community feel. Our office is where we handle all our infradev projects. It’s mostly filled with blueprints, maps, and computers. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us working together. The atmosphere is generally calm, especially with the temple nearby. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets cluttered when we are busy. It’s a simple setup without any corporate frills. We like being in this part of Kandivali because it’s easy for us to get around. Most of our work involves staying on top of schedules and talking to contractors. We’ve been at this Charkop address for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s just a normal office in a normal building. We come in early, do the work, and manage our business from this small corner of Charkop Manav CHS.
