We've been over here at the Shree Building on S.V. Road for quite a while now. If you know Santacruz West, you know how busy it gets around here with all the traffic and the people walking to the station. Our space is in building number 17, and it's mostly just the sound of the machines running throughout the day. Dafa Weaving And Knitting is a small setup compared to some of the massive factories out there, but we keep busy enough. Most mornings start with checking the yarns and making sure the looms are set up right for the day's run. Sometimes it's noisy, but that's just how the textile business goes. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that, just a workspace that gets the job done. People usually just drop by the office when they need to discuss an order or check on some samples we've been working on. It gets a bit crowded with all the rolls of fabric sitting around, but we manage to find a path through it. The guys in the back have been with us for years, so they know exactly how to handle the knitting process without needing much direction from anyone. We just focus on getting the work done and sending it out to whoever ordered it. It's not a glamorous job, but we've made this our home. Being on S.V. Road means traffic is always a mess, but it's a good spot to be in for business. We just keep our heads down, watch the patterns come off the machines, and try to keep things moving along smoothly every day.
