CURTAIN RAISER HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED

We have been working out of Flat 406 at the Palm Beach Apartments for quite a while now. It is located right on JP Road in 7 Bunglows, which is a part of Andheri West that never really seems to get any sleep. Our office is just a regular apartment where we handle the hospitality side of things. It is not one of those fancy glass buildings you see in the corporate parks. We mostly spend our days on the phone or working through stacks of paper at our desks. Being in this neighborhood means we are surrounded by all sorts of people and noise. Sometimes the traffic on JP Road makes it hard to even hear yourself think, but you get used to it after a month or two. We started this business because we wanted to do something for ourselves in the hospitality industry. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It is just a few of us making sure that everything runs the way it is supposed to. We focus on the practical side of managing places for people to stay. Sometimes things go wrong, like a leak or a missed delivery, and we just have to fix it and move on to the next task. It is a bit chaotic sometimes, but that is just how it is when you are running a business in Mumbai. We like being in a residential building because it keeps us connected to the local community.
