If you ever find yourself in Bandra East, right across from the RBI building, that’s where we are. Cuisine Lab Culinary Solutions Privatelimited is tucked away in Flat 18 of the Rajiv CHS building within the Bandra Kurla Complex area. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so being here keeps us on our toes. We spend our days working on different ways to handle food problems. People call it solutions, but for us, it’s just figuring out what works in a kitchen and what doesn't. Sometimes we are testing a new way to prep something, and other times we are just looking at how to make a kitchen run smoother. Being in a flat means we have to be organized. You can't just leave things lying around when space is tight. We aren't some big corporate office with fancy glass walls. It’s just a regular place where we get work done. We chose this spot because it's central, and honestly, we just like the vibe of Bandra. There's always something happening outside. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the food stuff. It’s hard work, and things don’t always go perfectly, but that’s just how it goes when you’re trying to build something from the ground up. We just like solving these little puzzles that come up when people try to cook for others or run their own food businesses. It keeps things interesting for us every day.
