Our office for CSK FLOORINGS PRIVATE LIMITED is tucked away in Borivali West, specifically in the A-Wing of Megh Jyot on 51st Road. It's just off Factory Lane, which is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main drags in Mumbai. We’ve been focusing on flooring for quite some time now. Most of our days involve looking at different textures and materials, trying to figure out what fits where. We aren't really the type to use big words or have a polished sales pitch. It's more about showing someone a sample and seeing if it works for their space. The office is small, just a place for us to keep our records and meet people when they want to discuss a job. Sometimes the samples get a bit piled up on the floor, but we know where everything is. Being in TPS III means we are close to a lot of residential areas, so we get a lot of local folks stopping by. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who have spent years learning about different types of floors, from basics to some of the newer stuff. It's practical work. We spend a lot of time on phone calls coordinating with the guys who actually do the installation. There’s always a bit of back and forth with timing and making sure the site is ready. It’s a living, and we enjoy seeing a floor looking good at the end of the day. We usually close up around the usual time and head home through the traffic.
