Crosby Textor India Private Limited is based over in the G Block of the Bandra Kurla Complex. We are in the One BKC building, which is quite a large place, at plot number C-66. Specifically, our office is number 1520. Working in BKC is a bit different from other parts of Mumbai because everything feels so fast and professional. But inside our own four walls, we try to keep things a lot more relaxed. Our desks are usually a bit messy with notes and coffee mugs scattered around. We don't really go for that perfectly clean look you see in magazines. It’s just us doing our thing. The commute into this part of town can be a real headache with the traffic, so we all usually arrive a bit tired but ready to start. We handle a variety of tasks related to our textile business, and it keeps us on our toes most days. There isn't a lot of time for sitting around, though we do make sure to take a proper break for lunch. You get to know the security guards and the folks at the sandwich stall downstairs pretty well after a while. It’s a busy environment, but we’ve found our own rhythm within the building. We focus on the work that needs finishing and don't worry too much about the rest of it. It’s a solid place for a business to be.
