CREEPER REALTY LLP

We are tucked away in room 308 over at Khandwala Compound. If you are familiar with D.M. Road near the Vakola Bridge, you know it is a bit of a crowded spot. CREEPER REALTY LLP has been operating out of this Mumbai office for some time now. It is not a huge place, just enough room for the desks and the files we need to keep things running. Being in Maharashtra, especially in this part of Mumbai 400055, means there is always something going on outside. The bridge area is always loud with traffic, but we have gotten used to the noise. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us here. We handle the property stuff as it comes in. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. People come by the compound and sometimes it takes them a minute to find the right door. We just try to stay on top of the daily grind. It is an honest way to spend the day. No big speeches or fancy posters on the walls here. We just sit down, look at the listings, and talk to whoever calls or visits. Living and working around Vakola Bridge gives you a real sense of the city’s energy. We just fit into the local landscape like any other small business would in this busy compound.
