Creativepedia Ventures Private Limited is based over at Kagalwala House on CST Road in Kalina. We actually use space on both the first and second floors. It is a busy area because we are right near the Bandra Kurla Complex, so there are always people moving about and cars everywhere. Santacruz East is a hectic part of Mumbai but it is where a lot of the action is. Kagalwala House is a well-known building in this patch of Kalina. Working across two floors keeps us moving up and down the stairs quite a bit. It is not a polished corporate tower, it feels more like a place where people actually get their hands dirty with work. We have been at this location for a while now. The address can be a mouthful when you are telling someone on the phone, especially with the plot numbers and being near BKC. But once you are here, it is a good place to be. We have our desks set up and we just get on with it. The neighborhood has plenty of places to eat and the bus connectivity is decent for the staff. We do not go in for anything too formal. It is a practical workspace for us. We deal with the usual Mumbai heat and the rain by just staying focused on the tasks we have for the day. It is a solid place to run a business and we just keep things moving.
