CONTOUR DEVELOPERS LLP is situated in Andheri West, which is a pretty active part of the city. We are in the X#Cube building, specifically in office 401 on Plot-C-16, S.No.41. If you know the area, we’re right opposite the Laxmi Industrial Estate. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of businesses and people moving around all the time. Our office on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just focused on the screens and the paperwork in front of us. We are developers, so we spend a lot of time planning out how things should look and be built. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and it suits us well. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with a dozen floors; it’s just one office where we get things done. Being near the industrial estate means there is always a lot of energy and noise around, but we like that. It keeps us on our toes. We don't really do the whole marketing thing with big promises or corporate jargon. We are just Contour Developers, working from our desk in Andheri West. Most of our clients come to us because they know we are right here and ready to work. It’s a straightforward business and we like keeping it that way. No fluff, just the daily grind of development work that keeps us busy throughout the year. It's a good place for us to be.
