We are located in Office 210, over in the C Wing of the building at CTS No 1/7. You will find us on Veersavarkar Marg, right by the Vikhroli Park Site. It is a pretty recognizable spot if you are familiar with Vikhroli. Confido Capital Advisors has been based here for a bit now. The office is functional and does exactly what we need it to do. We do not have fancy rugs or expensive lighting. Instead, we have shelves full of folders and a few sturdy desks. Vikhroli is a busy area, and being near the Park Site means there is always something going on outside. We usually start our day early to beat the worst of the commute. Most of our time is spent looking over capital advisory papers and answering emails. It is not glamorous, but it is the work we know how to do. Sometimes the hallway in C Wing gets a little crowded, but the neighbors are generally quiet. We like the atmosphere here. It feels like a place where things actually get finished. We are not here to give people a sales pitch. We just provide advice and help navigate the financial side of things. It is a basic setup in 210, but it suits our style. We have got a rhythm going now, and we plan to stay put. It is easy enough for people to find us once they get to Veersavarkar Marg. We just focus on the task at hand and keep things moving.
