Competence Mktg & Events Private Limited

Our office is in Flat No 101 of Arlington Court, which is part of Wing A in the Raheja Reflection 1 complex. It’s right in Thakur Village, Kandiveli East. This part of Mumbai is always buzzing with activity, especially in the evenings. Since we are on the first floor, we don’t have to wait for the elevator most days; we just take the stairs. The flat is our main base for Competence Mktg & Events Private Limited. It’s a residential building, so it has a different vibe than a commercial park. We’ve set up our desks in the rooms, and there’s usually a lot of talk about upcoming projects and schedules going on. It can get a bit crowded when we have all our gear stored here before a big job. We’ve got a small pantry for making coffee and snacks. The security guards at the gate know us by now. It’s a decent place to work. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just some calendars and to-do lists pinned up. Most of the staff lives around the northern suburbs, so the commute isn't too terrible. We just show up, do the work, and deal with the daily logistics of the business world. It’s a straightforward operation. We keep things moving and try to stay organized amidst the general chaos of Mumbai life. It is what it is. It's just a normal office.
