We are set up over here in Bandra West, right on Water Field Road in the Mamata building. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know it’s always moving and full of life. We’re situated near the Nation Collage and that Jum U Kashmir Bank branch, which makes us pretty easy to find. People usually spot our place because we’re close to the Minchin Hotel and Restaurant too. It’s a busy spot to handle real estate, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We’ve been at this address for a while now, just dealing with the daily stuff that comes with property in such a crowded city. Sometimes the traffic outside is a lot to handle, but being in the middle of everything really helps with the work. Our office isn’t anything fancy or high-tech, just a place where we get the paperwork done and talk to people about what they’re looking for. Bandra has changed so much over the years, and being right here at Mamata gives us a good look at all those changes. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Usually, someone is around if you drop by, though things get pretty hectic in the afternoons. It’s mostly about knowing the local streets and who is moving where. We’ve seen plenty of shops and houses change hands from this little corner. It’s not always easy work, but we like being part of the neighborhood.
