Collab Oneness India Realty Private Limited is located over in Kandivali West. Specifically, we are in Wing-E of the RNA Grande building on MG Road. Our unit is number 603. If you know Royal Park, then you know exactly where we are. It’s a pretty standard setup we have here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking at papers. MG Road gets really crowded during the day, so getting to the office can be a bit of a chore sometimes, but that’s just how it is in Mumbai. We’ve got a few desks and some old computers. It’s not the most modern place you’ll ever see, but it works for what we need to do. We mostly focus on reality work around the Kandivali area. There are a lot of buildings going up around here, so it stays busy. We are just a small group of people working together. We don't have a big HR department or fancy logos on every wall. It’s more of a practical space. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs when things get quiet. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to handle our business and keep things moving. Being in RNA Grande puts us right in the middle of everything, which is helpful.
