Clan 21 Llp

Our office for Clan 21 Llp is on the ground floor of BR House in the Universal Compound. We are located on Mogra Village Road in Mumbai. It’s a bit of an industrial-feeling area, which actually suits us just fine. We are just a small group of us working out of this space. It’s not fancy at all, and the road outside can get a bit dusty and crowded with trucks and delivery bikes at all hours. Inside, it’s just our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of cables everywhere. We like being on the ground floor because it’s easy to duck in and out when we have to run errands or meet someone nearby. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office design. We just need a place that works. Most of our time is spent managing our projects and making sure we haven't missed any little details. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans that keep things moving. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. People around here are mostly just working hard to get by, and we are doing the same. It's a practical setup for a practical business. No frills, just us getting through the daily list of things that need to be done.
