Our base for Ckm Hotel Royal Palace Private Limited is on the 8th floor of the Corporate Annexe building. We are in room 801, on Sonawala Road in Goregaon East. It’s quite close to Udyog Bhavan, so the whole neighborhood is always full of people and activity. Even though the building has a fancy name, our office is pretty basic. It’s where we do all the behind-the-scenes work for our hotels. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and checking on the daily reports from the hotel staff. It can get pretty busy, and there’s always a stack of paperwork to get through. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us working together to keep things moving. Goregaon East is a practical location because it’s easy for people to find us. We’ve been here for a while and have a good routine. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words or marketing talk. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep a hotel running. Sometimes we have to deal with unexpected problems, like a broken AC or a delivery that didn't show up, but we just handle it. It’s a regular job for us, and we take pride in doing it well without making a big fuss about it. We’re just a local business trying to make sure our guests have what they need.
