If you know IC Colony in Borivali West, you know it’s a tight community. We’re located in the Hill Crest building, specifically A Wing, room 104. It’s right across from Thomas Compound. Chis Foods Llp isn't some massive corporation with a huge office. We are right here in the thick of things near Eksar Village. Being in this part of Borivali is great because the people are friendly and they know what they like. We started this because we saw a gap in what was available nearby. Every morning starts early for us, getting things sorted in the kitchen and checking the lists. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day, especially when the orders start piling up. We try to keep our heads down and just do the work. The Holy Cross Road area gets pretty busy during the festivals, but we’ve learned to manage the chaos. It’s a local operation, run by people who live around here. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make food and hope people enjoy it. If you’re walking past the building, you might see us moving boxes or taking deliveries. It's a simple life and a simple business. We like being a part of the Borivali West scene. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
