Chillaoo Private Limited

You can find us over in Bandra West at House No.27 in Pereira Chawl. This is near the Sarkar Bawdi area, which is an old part of the neighborhood. Our company is Chillaoo Private Limited. It is a very small and humble place to work from. Bandra has a lot of fancy cafes and big offices, but we are tucked away in the chawl where things are a bit more traditional. The lanes are narrow and it can be a bit of a struggle to get a vehicle through sometimes. We have been in this house for a long time. It serves as our office and where we manage all the business for Chillaoo. It is a private limited company, but since we work out of a chawl, it feels much more like a community project. There is always someone walking by or a neighbor stopping to say hello. It can be a bit noisy with all the kids playing outside and the general hustle of Bandra, but we don't mind. We have our desks crammed into the space we have and we just get on with things. We don't have a big mission statement or any corporate goals that we talk about. We just do our work, talk to our clients, and try to make a living in this part of Mumbai. It is a simple and honest way to live. We just keep at it every single day.
