Chhabhaiya Builders Llp is located over in Ghatkopar at Rajawadi. We’re on the 3rd floor of the Kumudini Building, which is right on 7th Road at Plot No. 35. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Sanyas Ashram. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find. We’ve been working out of this office for a good number of years now. We focus on building and property development around this part of Mumbai. The office is a busy place, usually filled with the sound of the street and people coming in to discuss various projects. We don't have a polished corporate image or a big advertising budget. Most people know us because they’ve seen our name on local projects or they know someone who has worked with us before. We just try to be practical and straightforward about everything we do. Construction is a complicated business with a lot of moving parts and delays, but we don't see the point in making things sound better than they are. We just do the work, day in and day out. Our desks are always covered in site plans and legal documents. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like being part of the Ghatkopar community. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in the city, just a local company doing things the right way.
